Животные и погода: bigger, colder, the most interesting.

Правило

Короткие (1 слог и многие на -y): cold → colder → the coldest; happy → happier → the happiest. Длинные: more beautiful → the most beautiful. Исключения: good–better–the best; bad–worse–the worst; far–farther/further–the farthest/furthest. than после сравнительной: bigger than. the перед превосходной.
